Fees and Insurance


I offer a 30 minute consultation for all new clients to determine if we are a good fit (see below for pricing). This allows you the opportunity to ask questions about the counseling process and to get a feel for how we might work together. It's important for you to feel comfortable as you engage in this vulnerable process and I want to ensure that I can meet your needs and provide you with the kind of support you are looking for. If we decide that it is a good fit after our consultation, we can set up our first appointment the following week. 

  • 20-minute Phone Consultation: Free
  • 30-minute In-Person Consultation: $75
  • Individual & Couples Counseling: $145/50-minutes; $155/60-minutes; $225/90-minutes



For those wishing to utilize insurance:  Counseling services may be covered in part or in full by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I will be happy to provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for possible third party reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement will be dependent upon your health insurance plan specifics.



Cash, check, and all major debit/credit cards are accepted for payment. You may also utilize your flex spending account to pay for counseling sessions.


Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 business hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
